Overview

The Nashua Cal Ripken Baseball League is dedicated to providing our players a fun baseball learning experience while teaching the fundamentals of baseball, promoting sportsmanship in a positive environment and developing players while respecting the rules of the game.

The league was founded more than 40 years ago as Nashua Bambino Baseball and was renamed in 2000 to Nashua Cal Ripken alongside the nationwide rebranding of the Bambino Baseball division of Babe Ruth Baseball.

Our focus is providing a premier and affordable baseball experience for the girls and boys of Nashua who participate in our program. It is our fundamental belief that every child with a desire to play baseball or softball be afforded that opportunity.

Nashua Cal Ripken is the largest youth baseball program in the city with our spring season serving an average of 500+ children playing on 40+ teams across our five age divisions covering children from age 4 through age 12.  Our continued success is thanks in large part to the help of our more than 100 volunteers and coaches.

Our success is a result of our proven coaching methodologies that focus on skill development, personal leadership, and enjoyment of the game from the earliest age groups through graduation.  In fact, throughout the summer of 2022, our four All Star teams collectively had one of our most successful years in memory and we are looking forward to continuing to build on that momentum for years to come.

I've felt some great feelings on the baseball field... in front of 50,000 people and millions on TV... but the feeling you get when you give a kid a chance, that is a hundred times greater than that feeling.
